What to expect

Run

Coaching for all running events - sprinting, middle distance and endurance. There are also road running groups taking place off track and in the winter months cross country training groups.

Jump

Sessions cover long jump, high jump and triple jump and include the use of our gym for plyometric work. Pole vault is coached on Thursday evening due to it's requirements and training equipment.

Throw

The facility provides opportunities to get training for shot put, discus, hammer and javelin. We have a fully functioning cage to the latest UKA specification. Throwing equipment is also available.
